100 gr. of OP Assam black tea.

The more famous indian tea, from Sonabheal in the region of Assam.
Strong and aromatic, it has a clean taste with slightly harsh tones.

Use one tea spoon for a cup, infuse for 5 minutes at 95°.
It’s usually drank adding sugar and milk or cream.
