It’s made with the thinner leaves, harvested by hand, washed and steam humidified before being quickly dried.
In the cup they release their delicate fragrance, with herbaceous but gentle hints, anf the infusion is clear, with a slightly golden colour.
Bamboo leaves are also supplements of bioavailable organic silica and easily assimilable, and they are a natural anti-aging factor.
Use one tea spoon for a cup, infuse for 1-3 minutes at 95°
